Privacy Policy

Venue Authority uses account information, organisation membership, billing records, API-key metadata, usage records, support messages, and security logs to provide and protect the service.

Public demo lookup queries are not attached to an account. Commercial API requests are retained as needed for metering, abuse prevention, auditability, and evidence delivery. Do not send secrets or unnecessary personal data in merchant fields.

Clerk processes authentication. Stripe processes Checkout and billing data. These providers receive only the information required for their services under their own policies. Venue Authority does not store full card numbers.

Anonymous funnel measurement must not contain merchant names, addresses, emails, API keys, or payment data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data through support, subject to records we must retain for security, billing, or law.
