Refunds for prepaid capacity

Venue Authority initially sells one-time prepaid capacity. There is no automatic renewal to cancel. Your dashboard shows the purchase, granted units, and remaining balance.

Prepaid capacity is not a promise of national coverage or authority certification. Refund eligibility depends on the Checkout terms, applicable law, whether capacity was consumed, and whether a verified service failure prevented delivery. We do not promise refunds for a result that is correctly rejected under the fail-closed contract.

For a duplicate charge, payment error, security incident, or material service failure, submit the Stripe receipt or payment reference through support. Never include full card numbers or API keys.
