What is active in this release.

Resolver and public demo

The authenticated resolver serves the 47,543-record corpus across NYC, King County, and Wake County. The public lookup serves a separate 100-facility deep-history research set.

Account and billing controls

Server-issued keys, atomic request metering, prepaid balances, Stripe Checkout provisioning, refund adjustments, and the hosted billing portal are implemented. Checkout appears only when the environment has an active server-side price catalog.

Not active

Portfolio monitoring, scheduled source refresh, and customer event webhooks are not part of this release. Their dashboard pages do not accept configuration.

A weak or ambiguous match stays rejected. A payment return page stays pending until the signed Stripe webhook grants credits.
