The product supports NYC, King County, and Wake County food-facility records. Coverage is local, not national. Each response identifies the source, snapshot, and evidence boundary.

Venue Authority serves supported regulator records only when the delivery channel has current permission evidence.
Rights controls
Public pages and authenticated API delivery use separate permission fields. A revoked source returns 410 and leaves the sitemap. Unverifiable or stale permission returns 503 without source-derived content.
Attribution and withdrawal
Source-specific attribution, permission legends, license links, modification notices, and raw-payload retention rules are release requirements. A separately authorized withdrawal can remove prohibited raw payloads while preserving only permitted hashes and audit metadata.
