Terms of Service

Zupa Print operates Venue Authority and sells prepaid access to its software and API. By creating an account or buying capacity, you agree to use the service lawfully and protect your credentials.

Venue Authority is for business use. A purchase confirms that you are acting for a business or organization.

What the service provides

Venue Authority resolves merchant names and addresses to supported regulator records, retrieves available source history, preserves evidence receipts, monitors selected facilities, and sends signed change events. The result describes what the cited source published as of the stated retrieval time. It does not identify the legal operator unless the source does, prove that a venue is physically open, replace the regulator, or provide legal advice.

Accounts and use

You are responsible for your organization, users, API keys, request volume, watchlists, and webhook security. Do not share keys, evade limits, attack source systems, or use one API response as the sole basis for a legal or safety decision.

Capacity and changes

One unit covers a valid authenticated resolver request, facility evidence request, or new audit export, including a rejected match. Watchlist refreshes and webhook deliveries do not currently consume units. Prepaid capacity and supported jurisdictions are shown before Checkout. We may suspend access for abuse, security, non-payment, or a change in source rights.

Support and liability

Support is asynchronous through the support page. To the extent permitted by law, Zupa Print is not responsible for decisions made solely from an API response or for delays and omissions in a regulator's publication.
